great location helpful staff
The location was excellent. The staff was helpful. They provided a taxi to the airport. They also securely stored our bags until check-in, a great convenience.

the hotel is situated in a designer shopping district. numerous restaurants are located nearby, providing diverse dining options. The L5 metro station is adjacent, allowing convenient access from the train station, taking only 15 minutes.

The room was modern, clean and quiet, contributing to a restful experience. blackout curtains were present, which aided in sleeping well. This made for a very comfortable environment. the ac worked effectively during warm days.

poor quality shampoo inadequate air conditioning
The hotel's location was perfect. It allowed easy access to many tourist sites.
The air conditioning in my room did not work adequately. It struggled to cool the space even with the key card in the slot. I found it disappointing that the provided shampoo and soap were of such poor quality.
